Do you take supplements? In these times of pandemia, I believe a lot of people are increasing their vitamin and supplement intake to boost their immunity. That can be a good thing, but you need to know what you are doing. Self-medicating can be very problematic. I have all sorts of ideas of what I should be taking, but I always check my vitamin regime with my doctor.
Recipe: Guacamole Smoothie
Giving the digestive system a break for a day, once in a while, could be a good idea. I usually do it on a weekend when I know I am going to be home all day. I spend the day eating only fruits and vegetables, mostly in the form of smoothies, and tons of water. Today I felt like a savory smoothie. I pulled what I had in the fridge, and this is what I came up with, a Guacamole Smoothie! Feel free to adjust the seasonings to taste.
