Banana Chocolate Nice Cream
Today is National Ice Cream Day, and you know me, of course, I have a healthy alternative for you! This recipe will blow your mind, because it just doesn't get simpler than that: Banana "Nice Cream". The reason it's called "nice cream" is that it's a vegan alternative, and better for you. But I promise, it's just as delicious as any conventional ice cream, you will still love it even if have no intention of becoming vegan.

Giving the digestive system a break for a day, once in a while, could be a good idea. I usually do it on a weekend when I know I am going to be home all day. I spend the day eating only fruits and vegetables, mostly in the form of smoothies, and tons of water. Today I felt like a savory smoothie. I pulled what I had in the fridge, and this is what I came up with, a Guacamole Smoothie! Feel free to adjust the seasonings to taste.
